The problem is persisting after trying all of the above. Information technology is only affecting i of my accounts. I accept other Outlook/hotmail accounts that are working. Hither are answers to your questions:
- Access your account through a web browser, spider web email (not certain what the difference is between web browser or web email) I'm using "alive.com" on the computer.
- Does the issue happen when you are using a different browser or computer? It happens using a different browser. I haven't tried a unlike computer
- Have yous received any error or default letters when y'all send or receive any email? Yep "Outlook wasn't able to consummate this request. Microsoft may contact you about whatever issues y'all report." when I tried to send an email. Still the email was sent and it was received by a different hotmail business relationship.
I sent an e-mail from a different hotmail account to the problem business relationship and it is listed every bit sent just it was not received. - Kindly verify what practise you mean "Outlook" Is it Microsoft Part Outlook or Outlook.com? Information technology is Outlook.com

I never said I was unable to access my mailbox. I am not sure where yous read that.
What I said is that I am constantly getting the message that "at that place is something incorrect, please refresh. I go this anytime I endeavour to look at a bulletin, clear a mailbox, etc. I am spending majoring of my fourth dimension refreshing Hotmail/Outlook.
I never had this issue earlier Outlook took over.
I can't answer nigh another browser because I simply use Google Chrome.
I can't reply about using some other computer because I only accept the i laptop.
I can't answer about using other Microsoft accounts because this one is the only ane I take.
All I know is that I, and many others, go along getting the same message nigh 'something is wrong'.
I clear my cache, I brand sure at that place are no bug on you main site, etc.
Please fix this-- I am not the just one.

I understand why you lot are request the questions-- I was answering them. I was non disputing the reason yous were asking.
All I questioned was where y'all got the idea I couldn't admission my mail-- I never had said that. I said I was being told something was wrong-- that doesn't imply that I couldn't access postal service.
As for other browsers I have no other browsers on my figurer. IE eight/nine crashes many of the applications I use on the computer. Firefox is extremely laggy. I have only used Google Chrome for years.
